Lectures (Approximately 1 hour) - $250.
Workshops (6 hours) - $500.
Half Day Workshops - $350.
Additionally, some workshops will incur an additional charge per participant for patterns (approximately $5.00).
If travel is more than 2 hours from my home, a lecture and a workshop are required.
Expenses to be reimbursed include:
- Roundtrip mileage at the current IRS rate is charged either from my home to the airport or from my home to your location.
- Meals while traveling to and from destination, as well as meals during my stay.
- Parking/taxi charges, if any.
- Hotel room, if overnight stay is required. Depending on the distance traveled and times of workshops/lectures, a hotel stay may be required before or after the workshop/lecture.
- Shipping charges, as well as return shipping charges, if quilts need to be mailed due to traveling by air.
Once lecture/workshop dates are determined, contracts must be received within ten days.
